"Alice Sweet Alice" (1976)

Also known as Communion, Alice Sweet Alice is a thriller revolving around the murder of Karen Spages (played by a young Brooke Shields) on her day of first communion.  What makes matters worse is that all of her family and friends suspect her slightly older sister, Alice, who has always been jealous of the beautiful Karen.  Although she is only 12 years old, Alice attempts to prove her innocence as more people begin to die from a mysterious killer.

P.S. Paula E. Sheppard, who played 12 year old Alice, was actually 19 years old when this film was made. Talking about looking young for your age.... sheesh!
